How to get Support

Recommended Support Path

DGard Network Manager has multiple options for support. Following is the support path we recommend for the fastest response time.
 
 
 
 
 
 
  1. Check the Customer Support Portal to see if your issue is in the knowledgebase or FAQ.
  2. Check the Community Forum to see if someone else has already had the issue resolved.
  3. Post a question in the Community Forum or Submit a Ticket in the Customer Support Portal. Users on a support contract get priority support when submitting a ticket.
