If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may contact our sales department by e-mail within the first 30 days for a full refund. Include in the e-mail: the name and e-mail address for which the purchase was made, and the order confirmation number. Optionally, so that we can improve our products for the future, we would appreciate an indication of what you were not satisfied with in our product. We will also require confirmation from you that the software has been removed from any computer it was installed on, and that any physical copies have been destroyed. Upon receipt of all of the above applicable to your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price by either crediting your credit card account or by issuing a refund check.

Q: How is the software licensed?

 

A: DGard Network Manager is licensed on a per installation basis which can be used by one administrator at a time. There are no additional license fees based on the number of devices on your network.

 

 

Q: What is included in the annual maintenance?

 

A: Annual maintenance includes all version upgrades released during the maintenance period. We believe in continuous improvement, and therefore plan to release new features frequently throughout the year.

 

 

Q: What if I don't order maintenance and a new version is released tomorrow?

 

A: All orders come with 30 days of upgrades. If you purchase a maintenance agreement, one additional month will be included (therefore 1 year maintenance will result in being covered for 13 months).

 

 

Q: What do I get when I order?

 

A: DGard Network Manager is delivered online through electronic download. After your order has been processed you receive an e-mail from our online reseller, Share*It, which contains all the information to unlock the full product.

Q: What payment types are accepted?

 

A: Orders can be paid with credit card, check, or cash. If ordering online by credit card, you will generally receive your license key immediately by e-mail. If paying by cash or check, your confirmation e-mail will include instructions for sending your payment in.
